Residents for Integrity in Leadership was formed to restore transparency, uphold our bylaws, and ensure that all decisions made on behalf of Palomar Estates East residents are lawful, ethical, and in the best interests of our community.

• Protect members’ rights under California law and our bylaws.
• Ensure financial accountability and open communication.
• Promote fairness and inclusiveness among all residents.
• Encourage honest, transparent decision-making from our association’s Board and management.
